Concrete is most durable and more costly than Asphalt, Asphalt is most cost effective, Brick Pavers are most aesthetic but also most costly.

Both Asphalt and Concrete can take up to 7 to 14 days before Car Traffic but can be walked on in 24 hours. Pavers can be used next day

Asphalt is most cost effective choice, it can be readily repaired, and be made to look fresh with Seal Coating, Concrete is most durable but difficult to repair and maintain fresh looking, Pavers are most decorative but the most costly and require the most maintenance.

Asphalt can last from 15 to 20 years until total repaving is due, Concrete can last 30 years, pavers can last up to 20 years but all depend on ideal conditions, such as poor drainage, harsh winters which cause many freeze thaw conditions which cause cracking and pot holes, tree roots, poor maintenance i.e. seal coating and crack filling cracks should be filled every year and seal coating after first year every 3 to 5 years and when cracks and, for pavers resetting and refilling joints with sand as needed. As soon as problems develop have them addressed

We can pave from April 1 to Mid December all of the paving materials, on really cold weather under 40 degrees we do pave that day but as long as ground is not frozen we can work

we use recycled stone and the new Asphalt has 15% recycled asphalt in the mix.

we will come out to measure, evaluate, and design and price your project, then if we are given job on first day we will do any prep needed for job i.e. remove of old, excavate for new areas, install any needed foundation materials and then if job is small it will be completed that day, If job is large we will work job as needed for foundation work is completed and then schedule paving

We will offer two year warranty on labor and materials for asphalt, 5 year warranty on concrete, and 3 year warranty for pavers.

We can off paving for Commercial parking lots and roads, paths and private lanes from small to very large jobs, up to thousands of tons.

We comply to all ADA ( Americans with Disabilities Act) on our Commercial jobs

We are fully Licensed and insured and are registered home remodeler with towns that require it.
